It is the policy of the New York City Regional Center, LLC (NYCRC) to protect the privacy of investors in NYCRC investment projects. Therefore, NYCRC will not disclose the names of investors to those outside of that particular investment project that each investor is invested in, unless required to do so by law. However, each investor has the legal right of access to names, contact information, and percentage of ownership of the other investors within his/her particular investment project. In addition, the investor recognizes that non-public information concerning the investor disclosed by the investor to the NYCRC or other agents (the “information”) (such as the investor’s name, address, social security number, assets and income) (i) may be disclosed to the NYCRC administrator, if any, managing member or manager, attorneys, accountants and auditors in furtherance of the NYCRC’s business and to other service providers such as brokers who may have a need for the information in connection with providing services to the NYCRC, (ii) to third party service providers or financial institutions who may be providing marketing services to the NYCRC provided that such persons must agree to protect the confidentiality of the information and use the information only for the purposes of providing services to the NYCRC and (iii) as otherwise required or permitted by law.
