Gladys DeRienzo, Controller

Gladys DeRienzoGladys DeRienzo serves as the Controller for the NYCRC. Ms. DeRienzo is responsible for all accounting matters for the NYCRC including management of operating cash flow, financial analysis, and investor distributions. Ms. DeRienzo has over twenty years of accounting experience in the manufacturing, retail, and financial sectors.

Ms. DeRienzo graduated from the University National in Bogotá, Colombia, SA, with a BS Degree in Accounting. She resides in Bayside, New York with her husband and has three grown children. Her oldest children are involved in Marketing and Health Administration and her youngest child is in her second year at the United States Military Academy at West Point.
