GEORGE L. OLSEN, ESQ.
Mr. Olsen is a real estate attorney in New York City. For the past 22 years, he has represented real estate developers in all aspects of the development process. This representation includes; economic feasibility, land use review, negotiating property acquisition, drafting of partnership and operating agreements and obtaining acquisition and construction financing. Mr. Olsen also worked at several prominent New York City law firms and as in-house counsel to a real estate holding company, where he was responsible for all aspects of the firm’s $600 million dollar portfolio.![]()
PAUL LEVINSOHN, ESQ.
Mr. Levinsohn is an attorney and businessman involved in numerous real estate and private equity transactions over the past 15 years. He owned, developed, and acted as counsel for real estate projects throughout the New York metropolitan area including single-family homes, apartment, and commercial buildings. Over the past ten years, Mr. Levinsohn has acquired and sold more than 200 retail commercial properties to public REITs and individuals. Mr. Levinsohn’s experience also includes negotiating and obtaining financing for a diverse range of real estate investments.![]()
SANDRA DYCHE
Ms. Dyche currently serves as CEO of Top Development, Inc., whose projects include a large scale sustainable urban commercial/residential development in Bucharest, Romania, as well as the development of affordable private homes throughout Kogi State in the Federal Republic of Nigeria. In addition, Ms. Dyche currently participates in an iron ore concession that is financing and developing a direct reduction iron plant in Koton Karfe, Kogi State, Nigeria. Ms. Dyche’s business activities involve significant contact with potential foreign investors. ![]()
